What does shiatsu mean?
Shiatsu is a traditional way of health care.

Shiatsu is different from massage, because there is no soft movement, so it is also different from western massage. At the same time, the technique of pressing or pulling hands, feet and back is also used. Shiatsu practitioners apply pressure to hundreds of acupoints along meridians or energy lines.

In order to increase the pressure, we use our palms, thumbs, knuckles, elbows and knees to do shiatsu, and even our feet to do it. Shiatsu technique is expressed in a touching way. China has similar shiatsu.

Shiatsu has also attracted great attention in the west. Schools specializing in shiatsu massage have also been established in the United States and Europe. Shiatsu has a history of thousands of years, and acupressure probably existed before acupuncture. But it was not until the end of 19 that it became an independent treatment.

Historical background:

Fingers are formed in the last three months of pregnancy, which is also the formation period of baby's brain, sex organs and heart. Finger length will change with age, but the "finger ratio" will always be the same as at birth.

The relationship between finger length and hormones comes from the uterus: in the last three months of pregnancy, the secretion of estrogen and testosterone is much higher than that in other periods of pregnancy, and the level of maternal hormones during this period will affect the future physical condition of the child.
