Do more exercises. Four relatively easy chest expansion exercises include holding the head and bending and stretching the cervical spine, bending the neck and shaking the shoulders, expanding the chest and expanding the shoulder blades, and holding the shoulders with both hands to turn the chest. Stretch your arms back to chest level. There are also horizontal expansion of hands, up-and-down expansion of hands and so on. A common practice is to stand, stretch your arms and stretch your chest for 3-5 minutes at a time. At the same time, move your neck, shrug your shoulders, turn left and right, take a deep breath and pat and massage your waist muscles. Generally, do it at your desk every 1-2 hours.
As far as my personal sports experience is concerned, no matter what kind of sports, don't make a sudden effort. You should move slowly, not too fast. If you are too anxious, you are easily nervous. You'd better do some warm-up activities first.
