Third, the tooth-breaking movement. Open your mouth as wide as possible and bite hard. Repeat 30 times as a group and do three groups. This exercise can plump up the cheek muscles.

Fourth, put the index finger and middle finger under the cheekbones for circular massage, each group 16 times, and do three groups. The above methods can not only enrich facial muscles, but also promote facial blood circulation, make face rosy and improve skin. It is effective to have facial muscle soreness the next day after exercise.

Note: (1) The more times, the better. In my experience, 30 times in three groups is better. Too many times will be counterproductive.

(2) The practice effect is good every other day. This is the same as bodybuilding training. Let your muscles rest for a day.

(3) Must cooperate with other parts of the exercise. If you only practice facial muscles, the effect will be slow or even ineffective. You can practice facial muscles on the second day of bodybuilding training.

(4) Eat more eggs, milk, pollen and other foods. You'd better not smoke. Don't stay up too late at night. Using the above method, you can get effective after 3-4 times of exercise. But it should be noted that it should be kept for at least half a year, otherwise the increased muscles will still shrink.

When doing facial exercises, try to pay attention to the standards. In addition, we should pay attention to long-term persistence.
