What is fasting?
Fasting means keeping the closest to the supreme consciousness, that is, integrating the individual's mind into the fluctuation of the supreme consciousness. What it really means is that in practice, the Sanskrit name of yoga theory of interrupting food is UPAVASA.

Because you don't need much energy to digest food on an empty stomach, your brain will become unusually clear. If you use appropriate spiritual methods to guide these energies, your mind will be raised to the highest level of consciousness.

There are three fasting methods, namely, complete fasting method, incomplete fasting method and food reduction method:

1, complete fasting method

In the case of rich nutrition in the body, fast food once every other month. Fasting time is 3-5 days, during which meals are stopped. For safety, you can supplement some food after 2 days, and then continue to stop taking the medicine. If you have obvious discomfort on an empty stomach, you should immediately resume eating.

You can't always lie at home during fasting. You can exercise properly, such as walking, jogging, doing gymnastics, etc. It can refresh your mind and make your body full of vitality.

2. Incomplete fasting method

Gradually reduce the amount of food until you only eat a small amount of food to maintain the minimum nutrition of the human body. The course of treatment is 5-7 days, which shall not exceed 10 day.

Step 3 diet to lose weight

Eating less means eating seven or eight percent full and eating less food containing fat and cholesterol. This method can clean the stomach and intestines, and can "clean the inside" for users and remove human excrement.
