1. For desktop applications, press and hold the desktop Application icon >; Click "application details (information)" > "storage occupation", and click "clear cache".
2. For non-desktop applications, please refer to the following methods to clear the cache:
ColorOS 12 and above: settings > applications > application management > (application list) > click _ > display system programs (display system applications) > find corresponding software > storage occupation in the upper right corner, and click clear cache.
ColorOS 7- 1 1.3 version: Settings > Application Management >; Application list > click ":"> Show system programs > in the upper right corner; Find the corresponding software > storage occupancy ",and click clear cache.
Tips:
After clearing the cache of the software, the local information in the software will also be cleared. Please back up important information in advance.
