Dieting is the stupidest way to lose weight. Dieting tends to rebound, so don't skip meals.
Lunch and breakfast must be eaten. Attention (skipping breakfast will gain weight but not lose weight).
Just have a full lunch. You can't eat too much or insist, but you must eat.
You can skip dinner. But it is best to eat two kinds of fruits at 7 or 8 o'clock (apples and bananas are the best).
Eat fruit every day (fruit will not gain weight, but also replenish water, which is good for the skin and is conducive to excretion).
Participate in more activities every day. When I say activities, I mean standing up and walking more, not sitting all the time. Sitting is easy to get fat. Stand up straight and don't stoop. Otherwise, it is easy to have a small belly.
No snacks, no sugar, no too much greasy food.
These are my own experiments, and the results are absolutely good.
