Prepare fresh cucumber, garlic, ginger, millet, pepper, salt, soy sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar and chicken essence.
The first step is to prepare the required ingredients. Cucumber need not be peeled, washed with clear water, cut into long strips, put into a pot, add appropriate amount of salt, stir evenly by hand, and marinate for 10 minute.
