The first day:

Breakfast: sweet potato, eggs, skim milk.

Lunch: brown rice, fried broccoli with shrimp and lettuce.

Dinner: corn, cabbage and tofu soup.

The next day:

Breakfast: miscellaneous grains porridge, eggs.

Lunch: corn, scrambled eggs with shrimp and cold spinach.

Dinner: steamed potatoes and fried zucchini with lean meat.

The third day:

Breakfast: purple potato, eggs, skim milk.

Lunch: corn, steamed potatoes, fried lettuce.

Dinner: Boiled chicken breast and assorted vegetables.

The fourth day:

Breakfast corn, eggs and yogurt.

Lunch: lettuce, avocado, roast chicken breast.

Dinner: purple potato, fried Pleurotus eryngii and cucumber salad.

Day 5:

Breakfast: millet porridge, steamed broccoli.

Lunch: sweet potato, fried garlic moss with lean meat and boiled shrimp.

Dinner: pumpkin, fried flowers.

Day 6:

Breakfast: red bean and barley porridge, miscellaneous grains and bread.

Lunch: steamed potatoes, peeled chicken legs and fried vegetables.

Dinner: purple potato, fried water spinach.

Day 7:

Breakfast fruit salad, eggs, skim milk.

Lunch: pumpkin, fried arowana, garlic and broccoli.

Dinner: Fried beans with sweet potatoes and green peppers.
