How strict is the training of American recruits?
Training uses a variety of high-intensity combined physical training. Including 100-meter sprint, push-ups, leapfrog, single parallel bars and other training programs. Among them, push-ups, including hundreds, frog leaping and single parallel bars, are difficult movements. But these are not the most difficult training programs. The most difficult physical training for recruits is five kilometers cross-country.

A running distance of five kilometers is equivalent to running around the playground for twelve and a half times. For ordinary people, it is very difficult to run twelve and a half laps. However, the five kilometers of recruits are on the mountain road with equipment, and the cross-country run is completed in 18 minutes. The fear before running, the pressure during running and the physical pain after running all make the five-kilometer cross-country training a challenge for recruits.

After a month of intensive physical training, the recruits entered the final stage of tactical training. At this stage, we mainly train new recruits' individual combat ability. Mainly to simulate the practice of lying and crawling on the battlefield. Recruits can only be regarded as real soldiers after completing three months of training.
