All my maternity clothes were bought in a maternal and infant shop on Jiashan Road next to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital. I think it's quite cheap, but it's not a few dollars more expensive than online. But I only bought a few pairs of pants, as well as winter cotton sweaters and pants, underwear and the like. I won't buy coats and overcoats in that place. It's ugly.
