1. Open AE, pull in a picture of the water surface, drag the picture with the left mouse button to a new composition, and create a new composition of this picture, named the water surface.

2. Create a new solid layer, named water wave, and add fractal noise effect to the fixed layer of water wave.

3. Open the transform attribute of fractal noise, and click Unified Zoom, so that the length and width of the fixed layer can be adjusted separately, and the corresponding length and width can be adjusted according to your own feelings.

4. Shift the turbulence by k key frames at the first 0s and k key frames at the last frame, and use the anchoring tool to move the center point of the fixed layer to the lower midpoint.

5. Similarly, given the evolution of the top 0 k key frames and the last 0 k key frames, and adjusting the attribute value to a suitable size, other attributes here, such as fractal type, noise type and complexity, can be adjusted, so that the effect is more realistic.

6. Use CTRL+SHIFT+C to pre-synthesize the water wave fixed layer, and select all the attributes to enter the new synthesis. Then set the replacement map for the picture layer, select the water wave synthesis layer as the map layer, and then close the small eyes in front of the water wave synthesis layer and hide. Press the space bar, you can see the rippling effect of water waves.
