Composition:
300g of mushroom and tomato/a little sesame oil/a little chopped green onion/a little salt/20ml of cooking oil and a little shredded ginger.
Cooking steps
Step 1: Wash and tear mushrooms into small pieces, and wash and cut tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, and then add tomato juice.
Step 3: Add 1500ml purified water to boil.
Step 4: Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, add salt, drop sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Step 5: A simple, delicious and nutritious tomato and mushroom soup is served.
