[68→ 100] March Yoga: Iyengar & Ashtanga & Bikram Yoga and Yin Yoga.
It's July, and yoga has entered the third month. I feel stagnant and my movements are improving, but there is no obvious change.

I read a column in Douban this month. What did I talk about when I was talking about yoga? I wanted to see the principle and introduction of yoga. After reading it, I found that it was the author's mental journey of learning yoga all the way. Many people learn to become "Tao" and directly enter the spiritual realm. For me at this stage, art and equipment are more important. One of the articles is to my liking, called Nine Schools of Sword in Huashan, and the author lists nine mainstream schools:

At present, my yoga studio teaches Iyengar, Ashtanga, Bikram Yoga and Yin Yoga.

From the practical experience:

Every time Iyengar uses a chair, he keeps stretching his arms, armpits and back. Every movement will last for a long time, and it is particularly emotional to practice.

Astonga's practice gives people the impression that it is to make a flat plate, get off the dog and put it on it. It's hard at first, so get used to it.

Every time I go to Bikram yoga, I will sweat all over, which is very refreshing and has a good detoxification effect. Once, I forgot to wear a fitness suit and only wore a short-sleeved T-shirt. As a result, all the sweat stayed on the mat, and the mat became very slippery, and I couldn't do anything at all.

Yin yoga emphasizes the protection of the body in the process of maintaining asana for a long time without any strength. This is quite unique, so some people fall asleep while doing it. I use it to relax and rest in my life, which is quite practical.
