4. Huoxiang Lingshu Tea
Ingredients: Agastaches 3g, Poria 2g, Pinellia 2g, Atractylodes macrocephala 2g, Magnolia officinalis 2g and green tea 3g.
Usage: Boil Pogostemon cablin, Poria cocos, Pinellia ternata, Atractylodis Rhizoma and Magnolia Officinalis in 400ml boiling water, and then brew green tea 10 minute. You can also drink it directly.
