I bought two clothes on Taobao, but there is only one in the mail. What should I do?
You can contact customer service to reissue or refund a dollar for you, and share two methods:

Method one? Contact customer service

First put the outer packaging and clothes together to take a photo/video, then contact the customer service in the store and tell him that you only received one dress, so that the customer service can check what is going on. It may be that there is a shortage of goods in the warehouse, or that another one is out of stock, which may happen. When the customer service verifies that it is really their problem, you can ask him to reissue it for you. If you don't want that one, you can apply for a refund and ask the customer service to reduce the amount of clothes.

Ps: Customer service can contact the courier company and ask the courier company to provide the weighing, so it is easy to find out whether one or two clothes have been sent, because the weight difference is obvious.

Method two? Tax refund application

If it is true that the seller sent less clothes, contact customer service to handle it, or you don't want it, you can apply for a refund. The refund amount can be filled with the actual amount you didn't receive when you bought this dress. The specific process of applying for a refund is as follows:

1, open Taobao and find the goods to be received on my Taobao page;

2, click in to find this order, there is a return entrance;

3. Because I haven't received a product, I should choose that I want a refund (no refund);

4. Select Not Received for the logistics status, and click Finish;

5. You can choose not to like/want or pay less/miss the refund. Here is a modification, changing the refund amount to the amount of clothes not received;

6. As shown in the figure, I changed it to 15, and then I can click Submit.

Wait for the seller to review it for you. If the seller refuses, you can apply for customer service intervention.
