After shaking, you can start flapping practice. Flap along the meridian direction with your hands, with unlimited flapping times, comfortable degree and self-control of weight. I just started practicing.
Learning is light, but it can be a little heavier after a period of practice. This can strengthen human tissues and stimulate the qi of meridians. After each exercise, you will feel the whole body's meridians unblocked, your fingertips and the slapped meridians will feel tingling and comfortable, and your whole body will be relaxed and comfortable.
Flap sequence:
Tap the meridians of the hand (the internal meridians of the hand are: lung meridian, heart meridian and pericardium meridian; The lateral meridians of the hand are: large intestine meridian, triple energizer meridian and small intestine meridian)
Use the palm of your right hand to strike your fingertips from the clavicle of your left chest all the way along the inside of your hand, then hit your shoulders three times along the surface of the back of your hand, and then rub the slapped part three times with your hand. Then, change hands and clap your right hand in the same way as your left hand. Stimulate the meridians of lung, heart, pericardium, triple energizer, large intestine and small intestine.
