Why do women lose weight first and then gain weight?
I have to say that it is too difficult for girls to lose weight!

We should not only consider calories, control appetite, and ensure that menstruation does not run. For a pear without breasts, I would be grateful if I could have breasts and vest lines at the same time.

Many girls have asked me, is there any way to lose weight and avoid losing weight? Is there any exercise to make up for it?

So today I want to talk to you about breasts and auxiliary breasts ~

It is a sad fact that reducing fat will reduce chest.

Let's get to know your breasts first!

Our chest is mainly composed of skin, thymus, connective tissue, muscle tissue and fat tissue. Among them, the size of thymus and connective tissue is generally fixed after female adulthood, and will not change much.

Fat cells account for more than 60% of the chest.

You must be familiar with the fitness instructor's statement that "fat reduction is only whole body fat reduction, not partial fat reduction". A tragic and cruel fact is that when we lose all the body fat, the chest fat is also doomed, the whole body is thin and the chest will shrink.

But different people lose weight at different speeds. Everyone's genes are different, and the parts of the body that like to accumulate fat are different, and the order of losing fat is also different.

Apple-shaped girls will be more popular in this respect if they want to lose weight and not lose their breasts. Their fat accumulation is mainly in the chest and waist and abdomen, and the genes determine that the fat in their waist and abdomen will be more difficult to lose. As thin as 10 kg, the limbs of apple-shaped girls may be much slimmer, but the "shrinkage" of the chest is not obvious.

On the contrary, a pear-shaped girl like me has lost 10 kg, her upper body is "excessively slim", her chest is probably getting flatter and flatter, but her legs are not so thin visually.

The pear-shaped girl is really miserable.

Does exercise cause sagging breasts?

Many people will put on underwear, and the piece of meat squeezed out from the armpit near the chest is called "auxiliary milk". But in fact, for most women, this piece of meat is because we are wearing inappropriate underwear.

Unless the body mass index exceeds 32, women may have more fat under their armpits because of obesity.

In medicine, the real incidence of accessory milk is only 1% to 3%, and the real accessory milk is not to lose weight. You can reduce it by doing some exercise.

So how to solve this particularly ugly meat?

If you are overweight, you can reduce your weight to the standard weight range through reasonable diet and proper exercise. The auxiliary milk formed by fat accumulation will naturally become smaller or even disappear because of the reduction of fat.

If not, the most important thing is to learn to wear underwear correctly and choose underwear with the right size and close fitting.

This is another common misconception about breasts.

First of all, we need to make it clear that female breast ptosis is the inevitable result of gravity and natural aging of the body, and the ligaments supported by the chest will gradually relax with age.

We can only slow down the rate of breast drooping as much as possible, but we can't reverse the fact of breast drooping.

At the same time, exercise really won't cause sagging breasts! Unless you don't wear a sports bra correctly. Some girls feel that their breasts don't look as straight as before after fitness, which may be caused by the following three reasons:

1. Exercise without wearing a sports bra-because strenuous exercise leads to excessive fluctuation of the chest, and long-term excessive exercise of the breast leads to irreversible stretching of the breast ligament, which in turn leads to breast sagging.

2. Less muscle mass in the chest-if you have problems with sagging breasts, chest strength training can help your chest look stronger. In addition, due to the secretion of hormones, women's muscle formation is much more difficult than men's, so don't worry about muscle chest.

3. Relaxation of chest skin-among people who lose weight, one of the most likely reasons for relaxation of chest skin is dieting, an extreme way to lose weight. Because whether it is the rapid increase or decrease of weight in a short time, it will affect the suspensory ligament and skin elasticity supported by our chest, and the final result is the sagging of our chest.
