Can you still lose weight during menstruation?
If you lose weight like this, you will be malnourished. I usually eat a hearty breakfast (7 minutes full), a cup of yogurt with some staple food and a hearty lunch until 9 minutes full. I also eat meat, fish and shrimp, and I can eat whatever I want at noon. I don't eat for 4 hours before going to bed at night, but I always eat a fruit and a glass of pure milk before going to bed, and I basically don't eat snacks, and I won't feel hungry or anything. My child is 2 years old.
