At night, because there is no photosynthesis of the sun, plants just breathe, consuming oxygen in the air and producing a lot of carbon dioxide gas. The air in the morning is mostly composed of carbon dioxide, which is not suitable for running.

Second, as the saying goes, a day's plan lies in the morning. For students, morning is the most energetic time of the day, and running is a waste. Let's use this time to study.

In the evening, it is likely that after a day's study, people are already very tired, and running is easy to get excited, which is more conducive to stimulating brain learning.

Third, it will be more comfortable to take a bath and sleep after running at night. For students, few people take a bath in the morning. If you run in the morning without taking a bath, you may smell of sweat all day, which is very uncomfortable and may affect other students.

Running at night will be much better. After running at night, you can take a bath after a short rest, which makes people feel refreshed. You can continue to study or sleep after taking a shower.

In my opinion, whether for students or others, running at night is better than running in the morning.
