There is a good Shiva Yoga in CITIC Bank in the southwest corner of quancheng square. My friend is an intern there, with eight classes a day. I also tried a class, which was really good and professional. The Indian coaches specially invited from the Yoga Holy Land are responsible for correcting every movement, so that you can find the essentials at once. It really taught me a lot. I also plan to learn and exercise myself. Price is high.
