Literally, this poem is very ordinary, but it is really shocking to understand it carefully.

Ordinary people have eaten three meals for thousands of years, a small bowl of broth, as deep as the sea, with deep resentment and grievances, as deep as the sea; There are wars, disasters, plagues and violence in the world, all because of eating meat. To understand the truth-"but listen to the voice of the butcher's door at midnight", go to the slaughterhouse at midnight and listen to the voice inside.

The cries of chickens killed, ducks killed, pigs killed, cattle and sheep killed, those sad cries, one after another struggle and whine, contain deep pain, grievances, dissatisfaction and resentment. Knowing that everyone is vegetarian for three meals a day is so significant and crucial that we should start eating vegetarian for three meals a day at once. ?

1. Vegetarianism is a kind of food culture, and people who practice this food culture are called vegetarians. They don't eat the meat of all living sentient animals.
