2. In order to help people exercise by skating on ice-free days, we recommend the land practice method of speed skating, that is, inducing action and imitating action. The so-called induction exercise is the skating imitation action induced and introduced into the land practice through the decomposition action of skating.
3. Basic posture practice of skating: The purpose is to master the basic posture of skating. Methods: Both feet and legs were disturbed together, and hands were held behind the back in a crouching position. The included angle between thigh and calf is 1 10 degree, and the included angle between upper body and ground is 15 degree. Bow your calves forward as far as possible, lift your head slightly, and keep your eyes 5 meters forward. Sit still for 2-3 seconds every time you squat. Stand up again. Stand up and hold your chest out. Repeat this way, practice five times in a group, and it is best to do 3-5 groups. After each group's exercise, take a rest and do a relaxing walk.
4. Leg-pulling exercise: Objective To practice the direction of kicking ice and the method of leg-pulling. On the basis of squatting posture, do the exercises of alternating left and right feet sideways and retracting legs. When stepping out sideways, the inner edge of the foot rubs the ground, the feet are parallel, the two toes are in a line, the sideways leg is backward, the thigh and calf are at 90 degrees with the foot, and then the backward leg is retracted until the two feet are disturbed, and the other leg repeats the above actions. Do a group of left and right feet five times, and you can do 3-5 groups.
5.V-shaped walking: First, stand in a V-shaped posture. Spread your feet in a V-shape, about 45 degrees shoulder width. When we stand like this, the wheels will not slip, which is the basic standing posture in inline skating.
6. The body leans slightly to the left, and the center of gravity slowly shifts to the left foot. Lean forward slightly and lift your right foot forward. Put your right foot down and step steadily, and turn your center of gravity to your right foot.
7. Sliding forward: When moving forward, the feet are in the shape of an outer figure. When the right foot moves forward, the right foot slightly presses the outer edge (standing on the edge) and the left foot slightly presses the inner edge. The right foot slides out hard, the left foot pushes hard, and the center of gravity moves slightly to the right and front. Then let the right foot slide for a while, and then change the left foot.
