Due to the limitation of processing performance and circuit width of mobile phone ISP, the traditional CMOS pixel module cannot transmit all the data after analog-to-digital conversion to ISP. With the DRAM layer, the data converted from analog to digital can be temporarily stored in DRAM, and then the stored data can be continuously transmitted to the ISP after the ISP has processed the previous data, thus ensuring that the data can be completely preserved.
