Zirconia soft treatment process
The soft treatment process of zirconia includes batching, stirring, molding, drying, sintering, cooling, processing and testing.

The first step of zirconia soft treatment process is batching, which mixes zirconia powder, binder, additives and other raw materials in a certain proportion. The next step is stirring, that is, put the mixed raw materials into a blender, add a proper amount of water, and stir into a uniform slurry to ensure that all components are fully mixed. Then molding, pouring the slurry into the mold, putting it into a vacuum bag, vacuumizing to remove excess air, and making the slurry adhere to the surface of the mold more evenly to form the required shape. After the molding is completed, it is dried, and the molded software is put into a drying oven and dried at a certain temperature for a certain period of time, so that the moisture in the software is evaporated and the strength and stability of the software are improved. Secondly, sintering: the dried soft body is put into a high-temperature furnace for sintering treatment, and zirconia powder reacts at high temperature to form stable zirconia ceramics, thus improving its density and hardness. The sintered soft body needs to be cooled. Take the sintered soft body out of the high-temperature furnace and naturally cool it to room temperature to make it reach a stable state. Then processing, cutting, grinding, drilling and other treatments are carried out on the cooled software as needed to meet specific requirements and dimensions. Finally, the processed software is tested, including size, appearance and performance, to ensure that the software meets the requirements and meets the expected quality standards. Through these steps, zirconia software can obtain high-quality finished products with required properties and characteristics.
