Can you share your successful experience of losing weight?
It took me four months to lose ten pounds. Of course, I'm not very heavy. I just never thought I was thin enough. I didn't eat snacks or drink for four months, and I really did it. If not, I don't think you should lose weight, because there is no stopping power at this point, and it is impossible to lose weight. My diet is five points for exercise and five points for diet. In fact, my approach is not correct enough. It should be a seven-point diet and three-point exercise. Try to eat porridge, eggs, milk, corn, purple potato, sweet potato, oatmeal and whole wheat bread for breakfast during weight loss. Although I live on campus, I have my own small pot. Just get up early every day and plug in the electricity. Wash and put away the water one night in advance. After brushing your teeth, washing your face and cleaning up, you can eat. In addition to three meals a day, eat apples and milk (in small bottles) when you are hungry. I'm not talking about protein drinks, but pure milk or skim milk powder. Others are determined not to eat, and occasionally roommates celebrate birthdays. It is absolutely necessary to increase exercise after eating.
