3. Suitable for Android mobile phones or tablets. Search for "Huawei Health" download in the application market. If you can't find it, you can log on to official website in Huawei application market and download it.

4. Mobile phone or tablet for iOS system. Search for "Huawei Health" in the AppStore and download it.

5. Open Huawei Health Application and click the "Check for Updates" option in the "My" page. If there is a software update, click the Update Now button. The application will start downloading and updating.

6. After the update is completed, click the "Continue Installation" button. After a while, the application will be updated.
