1, preserved egg lean porridge

Ingredients: japonica rice 150g, 2 preserved eggs, 50g lean meat, salt, soy sauce, chicken essence and onion.

Exercise:

A, wash japonica rice, add water to boil, and then turn to low heat.

B, peeled and diced preserved eggs, minced lean meat, and mixed well with a little salt, cornstarch and soy sauce.
