3. In the page, after finding the goods that need to be returned and refunded, click Enter directly to view the product information.

4. After entering the order details page, click the refund item.

5. In the page, select the required refund type.

6. According to the page prompts, fill in the refund information, click Submit, send the return, and enter the express delivery number.

7. Wait for the seller to confirm the receipt, and Alipay will return the money to the balance of Alipay account after the refund application is completed.
