After eating them, there may be some effects at that time, especially diarrhea, which is really surprising, but it may not be of much use after a long time. What impressed me the most at that time was 9.9 pieces of slimming tea. The price is not expensive, but the publicity effect is very effective. I remember buying a lot at that time, and then I insisted on eating a box, and I couldn't stand it anymore. I also bought a lot because of this, and my parents scolded me.

Therefore, after losing weight for a long time or having some willingness to lose weight one after another, I always feel that there is not much effect. After all, losing weight actually requires strong perseverance and constant persistence, and we often don't have enough motivation to complete it.
