Smile is a powerful force, which can convey positive emotions such as encouragement, trust, support, recognition and appreciation.
Exercise: Open your eyes and smile after getting up; Look at yourself in the mirror and smile when washing; Smile in the mirror before going out.
Make smiling a habit exercise, step: 1. Open your mind, 2. Exercise your smiling muscles, 3. Read aloud (oral practice, read short passages), 4. Smile with your fingers, 5. Smile in the eyes (a person who loves himself has the ability to live happily and give others tenderness and kindness), 6. Talk with a smile.
If you want to live a leisurely life, let your mouth fall in love with the feeling of rising, let your heart be full of sunshine, and let yourself fall in love with a smile.

"Someone is in the eye" is a kind of accomplishment; Smart eyes need to be carved: gaze training and eye movement training (this feeling is a bit difficult); Expression training (practice smiling eyes)
Combine your own feelings: I usually like to laugh, but I don't practice it deliberately. Try to look at your usual expression in front of the mirror and let yourself start with smiling practice.
