The correct posture of swimming: keep level, kick and breathe with your arms. Push your legs outward together, straighten your arms and fingers forward, stretch outward when paddling outward, bend at right angles when paddling to both sides of your thighs, and push forward when paddling inward to both sides of your waist. Breathing: Raise your head and inhale when your arm is paddling outward, and lower your head and exhale when your arm is paddling inward.
