Originally, I just wanted to listen to the micro class, but I didn't expect to find the compass, find Mr. Mo and enter the training camp. In fact, I have been in many leagues, and I have long heard of the legend of Mr. Mo, but I didn't know what Mr. Mo was capable of until I participated in the training camp, which made me admire him deeply and firmly grasped him. How time flies. At first, I was worried about whether I could stick to it, but 2 1 day passed quickly, and I was still unfinished. Here, I am very grateful to the teachers in the training camp for their careful planning and everything they have paid for each other! I have gained a lot, and wrote some thoughts, hoping to sort it out again through the resumption.

The training camp is set up one week in advance, and everyone in the group will introduce themselves, understand and link in advance. It's more natural to do this. Let's study together and encourage each other for 2 1 day. In the group, observe the rules and regulations, and brainstorm in the group makes every student feel respected, belonging and value. I make my own rules and am willing to implement them.

The atmosphere of the training camp is very lively, and a trailer for the opening of the camp is full of blood, which makes every cell of everyone active. First, the customs clearance strategy: introduction to the training camp. Here we will see what the long-awaited training camp looks like. The specific arrangement of the course is as follows:

Here, we spit out Monday, empty the negative energy cup and refill the positive energy cup to welcome the new week with full energy. Tuesdays and Thursdays are arranged at 22:00 every night. When the child is asleep, everyone can listen to the class with peace of mind. It's very thoughtful, because they are all precious mothers, so they set the course in the litchi course room, pay an unlimited return visit and keep it forever. On Wednesday and Friday tutoring days, small classes are used to hand in homework, and large groups are exposed to the most beautiful homework. The teacher commented on the questions that could not be answered, and all the questions and troubles can be said in these two days. Mentors and teams can help anytime, anywhere. Family day on Saturday and Sunday, the warmest moment to bask in the sun, sprinkle dog food, feel happy and sweet. The method of emotional control is acceptance and encouragement, and it is introduced into pygmalion effect. Teacher Cui also mentioned that parents are role models for children. Parents need to relax, manage their own time, set an example and influence their children bit by bit in life. Four-step time management, learning the two guiding principles of time management, starting from scratch, giving priority to important things. From the beginning to the end, that is, to cultivate children's sense of purpose as early as possible and clarify their mission, so that they can spend their time and energy on key things. If it comes first, that is, the 2/8 rule, it takes 20% of the time to do 80% of the tasks. Step 4: (1) Set goals and make a dream list with your children. (2) Decompose the target, taking Swiss cheese manufacturers as an example. (3) Make plans and set priorities according to the four quadrants. Let children understand the four quadrant rule. Children know how to set lofty goals for life, how to break them down, how to achieve them step by step, how to prioritize things in this process, and how to learn to reflect and face gains and losses objectively in this process. The specific steps of children's pomodoro technique, taking homework as an example: first, make a list of homework (you must do all the preparatory work); The second step is "25 minutes"; Step 3, start doing homework until the tomato bell rings; Step 4, record the job list; Step 5, rest for 5 minutes; Step six, eat every four tomatoes, and then rest for 30 minutes. Time management, I have listened to many courses and read many books before, but all of them are one-sided knowledge and unsystematic. I tried to manage time with my children, but it didn't work.
