First, I picked up the kettle, poured half a glass of water into the cup, and then gently put the eggs into the water. After the egg sank to the bottom of the glass, it stopped moving and seemed to be resting.

Then I put 1 tablespoon of salt, and the eggs didn't move; I began to put the second spoonful of salt, and the eggs were still lying quietly at the bottom of the cup; I put down 6 spoonfuls of salt in a rage, and the eggs didn't live up to expectations and rose a little; Finally, I put 2 spoonfuls of salt, and the index of egg rise was higher.

I heard that other people's eggs can float in the middle of water, so I took them out, stirred the semi-finished salt water with a spoon and slowly put them in until the bottom of the cup was salted. At this time, the eggs kept floating up and down. I waited for a while, but the egg did not move and struggled to surface.

Finally, I poured the remaining 2 spoonfuls of salt into the water, and the eggs gradually surfaced. If I swim freely with a swimming ring, I will press the egg down with my naughty fingers and let go of my fingers, and the egg will soon float back to the water.

Why do eggs float? I got something from the computer: when an egg is just put into clean water, it will sink to the bottom because its specific gravity is greater than water and its buoyancy is less than its own weight; After salt is released, water dissolves the salt and the specific gravity of water increases. When the specific gravity of salt water is equal to that of eggs, eggs will float in the middle of water. Keep adding salt. When the specific gravity of salt water is greater than that of eggs, the eggs will float on the salt water and the top of the eggs will be exposed to the water.

The teacher told us in class that any object will be buoyed in water, and buoyancy is equal to the volume and weight of the water boiled by the object. This is the famous Archimedes principle, also known as the law of buoyancy. In fact, science and physics are similar when they grow up.

I am surprised that this little experiment contains so many theorems, which makes me realize that science is of great significance to us besides relaxing and playing. I secretly made up my mind to study physics and this interesting science in the future.
