The girl in the winding workshop
In a blink of an eye, I have been in Xinjiang for more than five months. As a newcomer, I have a lot of feelings along the way from disturbing the hygiene at the beginning to tearing the label of the parallel tube, from pulling the beam to the sizing front car, from the hot sizing workshop to the office production plan, and then to the temporary winding workshop No.5. The figure of hard work, the unstoppable sweat; Let's talk about what we saw and felt in winding workshop No.5 for the time being.

No.5 winding workshop, as its name implies, is to change the original yarn into the quantitative yarn needed for weaving. Of course, some yarns need to be dyed after winding, which seems not difficult to understand on the surface. In fact, there are many professional technologies involved, such as yarn formation, hardness, density, moisture regain and so on. What is indispensable is the skilled operation of employees, practical management and effective communication between leaders and employees.

My winding workshop is generally composed of five parts: loose yarn area, tight yarn area, doubling yarn area, twisting area and packing area. Among them, the most technical content is loose tube, and dozens of tons of raw yarn are neatly discharged next to the loose tube machine. Dozens of tons of raw yarn! However, the entangled staff are three or four fragile little girls, constantly operating six or seven cars. Each car visually 60 meters, they; Shuttle between several cars every day, all the time. A busy time is twelve hours, without interruption; It takes half an hour except for eating.

They first put the raw yarn on one side of the winder, and then put all the raw yarns on the yarn hanging column one by one. Each car has 120 spindles, and the distance between every two spindles is about 20 cm. That is to say, every time they move 20 cm, they need to bend down to hang the yarn, take the yarn and hang the yarn ... As long as they hang the yarn once, the girl's forehead, neck and back; Sweat rolled down. Among them, cotton wool flying in the air falls on their foreheads, eyebrows and shoulders from time to time. Several beautiful girls were soon tossed around by absorbent cotton, as if they were a few years older. It really hurts to look at it! You can tell from their eyes: tired! But sweat can't take away their fatigue, and cotton wool can't stop its unattractive decoration!

Secondly, the yarn tube is hung, which is similar in technology; Just hang each spindle carefully and carefully. Although there is no technology, there are still many procedures and roads. I went down to the winding, and I tried many times before I succeeded. But they not only did it at once, but also at an amazing speed! This is inseparable from their down-to-earth approach. Listen to them: "To achieve this speed, you need to keep practicing for half a year or even a year." In this way, the winding is over. The girls looked relaxed and their faces were filled with long-lost smiles; Later, I learned that completing a circle is equivalent to completing two-thirds of the whole circle; It dawned on me that it was not far from the end of winding.

The last few tenths are measuring the thickness of the wound yarn, visually measuring the yarn forming, manually measuring the yarn hardness, taking the yarn, loading it, transporting it away or packaging it. The thickness of the yarn is specified, and the locomotive has set the number of winding meters. When it reaches a certain length, the locomotive will naturally stop. So after stopping, the thickness of each yarn is almost equal, but some spindles do not stop automatically; You must stop it artificially. During this period, several girls ran around just to prevent these spindles from getting bigger. Can only be stopped by hand one by one, a few laps down; Look at their legs. They can twist, they are trembling. It depends on experience to see the shape of the yarn and how soft and hard it feels. Of course, in their eyes, all this is a piece of cake. The loading and packing in the back are all coolies, and most of them are done by male colleagues. Although they are very busy, they still help pack cars …

In this way, I am also used to the work in the winding workshop, helping them take, hang and wind the yarn every day. Try to reduce their fatigue and sweating! Look at the neat rows of raw yarn and spinning spindles on the locomotive and this group of hardworking girls. Compared with them, I am only unknown and dare not have the slightest delusion!

This is our winding workshop, and these are the girls in our workshop. Cotton wool and sweat cover their appearance, but they can't cover their efforts; There are also fruitful results. This is a beautiful scenery! It's an honor for you to come to the workshop.
