Go running, play ball when you are free, and walk more after dinner. Eat less and eat more meals, 7 or 8 points at a time. You can drink some lotus leaf tea, balsam pear tea, Pu 'er tea, rose tea, black tea and green tea. A cup of sugar-free black coffee after a meal is better, but you should exercise more.
