At the foot of Yuping Mountain in the north corner of Rongcheng, there is a garden-style school with a long history-Fuqing Yuping Central Primary School. The school was founded in 1963, formerly known as Fuqing Normal School. The former site is located in the north of Qingrong Avenue, Xiaobeikou, Fuqing City (now Hanlin Tianxia Community), covering an area of 2,838 square meters. At the initial stage of preparation, we borrowed a private house: "Cast Plow" to run a school, and moved in after the school building 1964 was completed. During the Cultural Revolution, it was renamed Xiangyang Primary School, which belonged to Ruiting School District. 1999 Guoqing Rong Avenue was widened and moved to Yuyao Road 1 (now Yuchi Road). In September, 20001year, it was renamed as the primary school affiliated to Fuqing Teachers' Training School, which is still under the jurisdiction of Ruiting School District. In June 2007, due to the adjustment of urban education layout, it was upgraded to Yuping Central Primary School, which has jurisdiction over Dongfanghong Primary School, Xiyuan Primary School and Shijing Primary School. * * * There are 12 1 teachers and 2655 students. The central school covers an area of 2 1.575 square meters, with an average student area of 1.8 square meters and a school building area of 8586 square meters.
