Enoki Mushroom
Ingredients: Flammulina velutipes 200g, tomato 1.
Exercise:
1. Wash Flammulina velutipes and cut into sections, and cut tomatoes into hob blocks.
2. Stir-fry a little oily tomatoes into juice, and stir-fry Flammulina velutipes until soft; Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce+half a spoonful oyster sauce+a little salt and stir well.
Broccoli arowana
Ingredients: Longli fish 200g, broccoli? Xiaobanke
Exercise:
1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces, blanch and take it out. Cut the Longli fish into small pieces+a little salt+half a spoonful of cooking wine+half a spoonful of soy sauce+half a spoonful of starch+a little black pepper and marinate evenly for 5 minutes.
2. Stir-fry the arowana fish heated in a little oil, add broccoli+1 tbsp oyster sauce and a little black pepper, gently turn over and take it out.
Sauté ed mushrooms with broccoli
Ingredients: broccoli 1/3, 5 mushrooms and 3 garlic cloves.
Exercise:
1. Slice mushrooms and garlic cloves separately, cut broccoli into small flowers, and blanch the broccoli.
2. Heat a little oil and stir-fry the garlic until the mushrooms are soft. Stir-fry broccoli+1 tbsp oyster sauce+a little black pepper evenly.
