Breakfast: Eat oatmeal, the soaked kind, not too much (if you are not used to eating breakfast, you can skip eating and drink some water).
Noon: Eat noodles, the kind with soup, less oil and less seasoning. You can eat some vegetables, but you should chew them up and digest them easily.
Evening: Same as noon.
After three days, if you think it's ok, eat normally, but chew it up. Remember not to overeat, eat less when it's delicious, and go to the supermarket less, otherwise you will buy a lot of food, which is very risky.
Don't drink milk for the first three days, then you can drink a small amount of low-fat milk and try to eat something that is easy to digest and appetizing.
