3. Take 150g yogurt, thick (I use homemade sugar-free yogurt), add about 50g of purple potato paste, and stir hard, the yogurt will turn purple and the color will be as dark as possible.

4. Sieve the purple sweet potato yogurt, take the filtered yogurt 120g, add 5g of soaked gelatin, then add about 10g of sugar (the sugar is adjusted according to your own taste), and stir with warm water until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

5. Cool for 2 minutes, add 80g whipped cream and stir well. The mousse after stirring is very thick.

6. Similarly, take 120g yogurt, add 5g gelatin and 10g sugar, dissolve in insulating water, and add 80g whipped cream.

7. Pour 3 cups of purple potato and original mousse respectively, mix the remaining mousse, then pour 3 cups, 9 cups in one color, and the rest can be packed casually.

8. Refrigerate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

9. Do a little decoration after solidification. Add a little fresh cream to the purple potato paste to make mini purple potato balls, add a little coconut and put some rosemary. Rosemary should be soaked in cold water for a few minutes before use, otherwise the fragrance will be too strong.
