Calculation formula of weight loss percentage
Male: (height cm-80) × 70% = standard weight.

Female: (height cm-70) × 60% = standard weight.

Standard weight plus or minus 10% is normal weight, standard weight plus or minus 10%~20% is overweight or underweight, and standard weight plus or minus 20% is obese or underweight. The way to lose weight should be mainly exercise and dieting.

Calculation method of body mass index:

Body mass index = weight ÷ height ÷ height, while body fat rate is 1.2× body mass index +0.23× age -5.4- 10.8× sex, male is 1, and female is 0.

The body fat rate of normal adults is 15%- 18% for men and 25%-28% for women. The body fat rate should be kept within the normal range. If the body fat rate is too high and the weight exceeds 20% of the normal value, it can be regarded as obesity.

The formula for calculating body fat percentage is:

(Total body fat weight ÷ body weight) × 100%, which simply reflects the percentage of a person's body fat content in the total weight. A person's body fat rate will directly reflect his figure and whether he is already in the obesity stage. The lower the body fat rate, the stronger his muscles will be.

People with different body fat rates have completely different physical performances:

If a person wants to maintain a normal state, the body fat rate must exceed 3%. If it is only between 5% and 7%, it means that this person belongs to a fitness enthusiast, and his whole body muscles are obvious, especially the blood vessels can be clearly seen in his arms and legs, and his abdominal muscles are also obvious.

Few people can exercise to this extent, unless he is a great fitness enthusiast and has extremely regular fitness habits.
