Face-lifting massage

(1) Make a fist with both hands and massage the knuckles along the cheek contour. This massage is repeated five times.

(2) Massage back and forth under the cheekbones and eyes with the part between the first knuckles and the second knuckles of the four fingers except the thumb, and repeat for 5 times.

(3) Pull the skin under the cheekbones upward with the fingertips of both hands for about 3 seconds.
