Types of figure skating
There are five techniques in figure skating:

1, jump Jumping is one of the most important action elements in figure skating. It requires players to jump into the air, turn around quickly, and throw ice after completing at least one rotation. According to the way of taking off and falling ice and the number of weeks of rotation in the air, jumping can be divided into many kinds. The direction of the player's rotation in the air can be clockwise or counterclockwise, and most players are counterclockwise.

2. rotate. Spinning is an essential element in most figure skating competitions, and all four events in the Olympic Games need spinning. Figure skating includes three basic rotation postures: squat rotation, swallowing rotation and upright rotation. Many postures can be changed from these three postures.

3. lift. Lift is an essential technical action in pairs skating and ice dancing. There are seven kinds of ice dance lifts allowed in the International Skating Universiade, which are divided into short lifts and long lifts.

4, footwork and rotation. In all four Olympic events of figure skating, continuous steps are included in the specified technical action elements. There are three types of connection steps: straight connection step, circular connection step and serpentine connection step. Players can choose to turn around in the next step.

Step 5 swallow. Swallowing refers to the skater sliding on the ice with a single blade, and the floating leg is raised above the hip. Yanbu is classified by blade and sliding foot, which can slide forward or backward. Swallowing step refers to a set of actions completed in sequence, including one or more swallowing gestures and leaves.
