Connection considerations:
1. Whether the headquarters has a service mark registration certificate, the headquarters must first obtain the Central Bureau of Standards, and the service mark registration certificate issued by it can prove that it owns the brand.
2. Regarding the price supplied by the headquarters, it should be required in advance that the price supplied by the headquarters should not be higher than the market, or that it is acceptable to be higher than the market, so as to avoid disputes between the two parties on the price afterwards.
3. Business circle protection. Usually, in order to ensure the operating interests of franchise stores, the franchise headquarters will be protected by a business circle, that is, a second branch will not be opened in a business circle. When signing a contract, it is best to state clearly that the headquarters is not allowed to develop a second brand with the same business content as the business circle.
4. Penalty for breach of contract. Since the franchise contract is drawn up by the headquarters, it will be more beneficial to the headquarters. The alliance should be able to make relative demands on it and clarify the penalty clauses for breach of contract by the headquarters.
