Lycium barbarum, tremella and papaya soup
Ingredients: Tremella, Lycium barbarum, rock sugar, papaya, honey.
Practice: 1. Soak tremella in hot water for 2 hours. After cutting off the pedicle, rinse it off, add water into the pressure cooker and put some rock sugar at the same time.
2. When the pressure cooker is working, wash the medlar, soak it in hot water and drain the water.
3. After cooking in the pressure cooker, pour the medlar and wait for cooling. Then, after filling a bowl, add papaya and honey.
If making soup is troublesome, you can drink a cup of slimming tea every day.
