Without schoolmaster, basketball prince, sweet love and teacher's attention, my youth ended in darkness.

The first time I lost weight was when I was a freshman. I lost weight because of the rhythm of life in the black-and-white class during the holiday. Maybe it's the first time I've lived this life and lost weight. In fact, this holiday is not regular at all. I eat a lot of bread and food, so if I work at night, I may eat five meals a day. In this case, I lost weight, but my skin color was also poor, because my skin was originally black and yellow, and it was even more bleak during that time, so that I never wanted to stay up late again, especially resisting staying up late. After that, the working weight will remain at around 52-53, and it will be at 54-55 in winter. First of all, about sports.

For a long time, I firmly believed that only exercise was the most correct way to lose weight, so after working for one year, I got a fitness card. Compared with my peers, I think my diet is actually healthy. Basically, I seldom eat fried food. However, such eating habits have not made my body healthier and more relaxed. On the contrary, I gained weight more than two years after graduation. I feel bored every day. Moreover, the acne on the face continues, so that there are acne marks until now. Later, people around me told me that there was too much moisture in my body, so I drank glutinous rice and red bean water for another three months. In fact, there is no obvious improvement. I stumbled on the road to health preservation until last September. It is the right choice to lose weight and improve physical fitness at the same time. I hope you can avoid the detour I have taken:

1, about the cognition of staple food, staple food is not only rice and pasta, but also some daily cooking, such as potatoes. Before taking medicine or something, I thought all fried things belonged to vegetables. Now I find my cognition a little narrow. Moreover, in retrospect, I wonder why it was so easy to gain meat at home before, because the staple food was too much carbohydrate, steamed bread and shredded potato porridge, but there was no meat. My heart is so tired. Green leafy vegetables are suitable for weight loss, and the dietary fiber content is relatively high. I used to think celery was high in dietary fiber, but I was hit by the data again. The dietary fiber in 100g celery is only 0.2g, while the dietary fiber in 100g green leafy vegetables is over 3g. So everyone eats more green leafy vegetables,

2. My previous understanding of losing weight was that if you eat less or don't eat, you will definitely lose weight, or support vegetables and fruits. In fact, we should eat the staple food for three meals a day, but we should pay attention to the weight of the intake. The calorie of rice is lower than that of pasta, and you can also choose sweet potatoes for daily consumption, preferably with daily carbohydrate intake. Otherwise it will affect you. 3. The deepest understanding about losing weight is that I want to eat meat, because my eating habits lead to low protein content in my body, and my constitution is easy to get fat, so it is really too difficult to lose weight, let alone shape. There are a lot of protein in our daily life. Be sure to eat meat for lunch and dinner, and try to choose high-quality white meat. One thing to know is that protein absorbs as much as your body needs and as much as you eat. So protein should eat enough, even if he eats too much, he won't gain weight. Protein can be milk and eggs for breakfast, and it is best to eat high-quality protein for lunch and dinner, and both red meat and white meat can be served. Girls can eat more red meat. 4. I want to eat three meals a day: breakfast 1 egg (daily), milk 1 cup, staple food (the substitute of pasta and cereal is written for fear that others will call it an advertisement), beverage 1 bag for regulating intestinal flora, and a cup of boiled water before meals.

Eat vegetables and meat/bean products for lunch, because I can't guarantee to eat meat for every meal, so I sometimes use bean products instead. The staple food is rice, 1 bag /2 bags of drinks for regulating intestinal flora. Because of work problems, sometimes I go downstairs to the canteen, and sometimes I bring my own food. Because the food in the canteen is not easy to catch and there is too much oil. So now I almost always bring my own lunch.

Dinner is almost the same as lunch, but the staple food will be changed to someone else. In fact, for me, this diet basically won't make me hungry. I usually eat some fruit in the morning 10 or at 3 pm. Now this eating habit has become a daily routine, losing 65,438+04 kg and 57-50 kg, but the body shape has changed obviously. The waist has been reduced by 7 cm.

5. Don't go on a diet. You will lose weight in the early stage of dieting, but it is necessary to rebound later. Don't overestimate your willpower. The few pounds lost by dieting are water and muscle. Most of the losses are water, sugar and precious protein. Long-term fasting may bring more serious decline in immunity and energy. 6. A reasonable diet can improve your body shape.
