Don't start the machine when there is no liquid or little liquid in the inner tank. Generally, when heating is not needed, the liquid level should be greater than 65438+ 0/3 of the height of the inner tank. When heating is needed, the liquid level should be greater than 3/4 of the height of the inner tank.
3. If heating is needed, start the heating controller to rotate the temperature to the required temperature, and the temperature adjustment range is 30~ 1 10℃.

Second, matters needing attention:
(1) In order to avoid cleaning the tank, the transducer falls off due to thermal expansion and cold contraction, so the overheated cleaning solution cannot be suddenly poured into the cleaning tank.
(2) The correct selection of cleaning agent is very important for the cleaning effect, and the cleaning agent should be determined according to the attachments on the surface of the cleaned object. Generally, there are: degreasing agent, rust remover, paint remover, carbon remover, wax remover and other organic chemical cleaning agents. Do not inject the solution containing strong acid and alkali into the cleaning tank to corrode the cleaning tank.
(3) During the operation of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, the liquid will generate a certain temperature, so that the temperature of the liquid generated by the liquid is generally stable at about 55℃ in summer and 45℃ in winter. If solvent cleaning is used, attention must be paid to the ignition temperature of the solvent; If flammable solvent is used for cleaning, pay attention to the temperature change in the cleaning tank; If the liquid temperature is too high, turn off the ultrasonic power supply, and then clean it after the solvent temperature drops to ensure safety; If it is cleaned with flammable solvent, it cannot be heated, otherwise it may catch fire.
(4) Put the object to be cleaned into the cleaning basket or special fixture (the cleaning effect will be better if the object to be cleaned is not in contact with the tank).
(5) The heater is installed below 2/3 of the rear side of the inner tank. When heating, do not touch the heating plate with your hands to avoid scalding; When the liquid level is lower than 2/3 of the height of the inner tank, it cannot be heated; It is suggested that the solution in the ultrasonic tank should not be heated above 80℃ for a long time, and it is best not to work continuously for more than 30 minutes. This will shorten the service life of the ultrasonic cleaning machine.
