Breakfast: an egg, a bowl of porridge and a small dish of pickles (people with light taste can skip pickles)
Or a steamed stuffed bun and a cup of soybean milk (preferably sugar-free)
Lunch: cold dishes (I'll add some vinegar)
Fruits (such as apples or other low-calorie fruits)
Dinner: fruit or cucumber or tomato
Note: Don't drink water after 6 pm, especially MM who loves edema.
No matter how much you eat, don't just sit after eating.
Get up early with a cup of warm water.
Exercise: Hula hoop lasts 30 minutes at a time (or 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening).
Stick to an exercise for 30 minutes and do soft exercises for the parts you want to lose weight or gain weight. Stick to it and you will succeed.
