Second, the examination time
The annual senior high school entrance examination in physical education class is from March to May. Third, the examination items
(1) male test item: 1. 1000m run (25m× 20 round trip); 2. vital capacity; 3. Flexibility of sitting posture; 4. 100 meter running; 5. Standing long jump; 6. 1 minute skipping; 7. Pull-ups; 8. solid ball; 9. Basketball (dribbling and layup); 10. Volleyball (cushion ball); 1 1. (2) Examination items for girls: 1. 800 meters (25m× 16 round trip); 2. vital capacity; 3. Flexibility of sitting posture; 4. 100 meter running; 5. (3) Test sites that do not have 1000 meters or 800 meters can run back and forth with 25 meters.
Fourth, the examination methods and requirements of the examination items
(a) 1000 meters (male), 800 meters (female) (minutes, seconds) score 20 points.
1. test objective: to test students' aerobic endurance and evaluate the functional level of cardiovascular system.
2. Site equipment: 200m or 400m runway, stopwatch, starting gun, smoke screen and numbered cloth.
3. Test method: Same as track and field rules, test once. There is no limit to the starting position.
4. Note: The number of group members shall not exceed 20. Running shoes and jumping shoes are not allowed when running.
(2) 20 points for 25 m× 20 times (male) and 25 m×16 times (female).
1. test purpose: to test students' speed endurance and evaluate their endurance quality.
2. On-site equipment: flat land with a straight line exceeding 25 meters, stopwatch, turn-back point marker, starting gun, smoke screen and numbered cloth.
3. Test method: From the beginning of the hand to the 25-meter discount point (bypassing the post) and then back to the starting point (bypassing the post again), repeat the round trip for 20 times (boys) and 16 times (girls). The 20th time for boys and the 6th time for girls/kloc-0. When the trunk reaches the finish line, it will be scored in the order of stopping the watch. There is no limit to the starting position.
4. Note: One person together, and the number of people in each group shall not be less than 4. Running shoes and jumping shoes are not allowed when running. When winding the pole, don't hold the pole and don't cross the road.
(3) The score of vital capacity/body mass index (unit: ml/kg) is 10.
1. test purpose: to evaluate the function of human respiratory system.
2. Equipment: electronic spirometer.
3. Test method: In a well-ventilated room, use dry disposable braces (non-disposable braces need to be disinfected, which must be dried after disinfection, and everyone will pour saliva after testing). Put the spirometer on the table smoothly, check whether the power supply and its interface are firm, press the work button, and the liquid crystal display "O" indicates that the machine is in working condition. It is best to preheat for five minutes before testing. According to the requirements of "Adolescent Physical Health Standard", make evaluation records.
During the test, tell the testee to relax naturally and not to be nervous. Try to blow when testing, and the best effect is to blow at medium speed and intensity. The subjects stood in front of the instrument, holding the blowing nozzle, and tried to blow 1 ~ 2 times in front of the spirometer. First, check whether the air blower responds, and pay attention to whether there is air leakage at the nozzle or nose pad. Adjust the mouth shape and mouth shape and learn to inhale deeply with the nose clip (or pinch the nostrils) (avoid shrugging and lifting your breath when inhaling, it should be like inhaling slowly); Hold your breath after inhaling deeply, and then try to exhale deeply until you can't exhale any more, so as to prevent inhaling from your mouth at this time. You are not allowed to inhale twice in the middle of the test.
After one or two breaths deeper than usual, the subjects take another deep breath and slowly exhale into the mouth until they can no longer exhale. After blowing, the last number displayed on the LCD screen is the milliliter value of vital capacity. Each subject is tested 2 ~ 3 times with an interval of 15 seconds, and the value of each test is recorded, and the maximum value is taken as the test result (in milliliters, no decimals are reserved).
4. Precautions: A. Attention must be paid to the smoothness and dryness of the measuring part of the spirometer. It is the key to the accuracy of the instrument. The catheter of the blowpipe must be above to prevent saliva or debris from blocking the airway. B. Test once every 10 person. After the test is completed, clean and dry the air pump with dry cotton balls in time. C. there is no discount when storing by air. D. proofread the instrument.
(4) The sitting flexion (cm) score is 10.
1. test purpose: to test the possible range of motion of students' trunk, waist and hip joint, and the development level of muscle extensibility, elasticity and body flexibility.
2. Site equipment: sitting body flexion tester.
3. Test method: The subjects sit upright with their feet straight, push the upright board with their feet flat, and the heel separation shall not exceed 10 cm. Bend your upper body forward, straighten your arms forward, and gradually push the cursor forward with your fingertips until your elbows can no longer stretch forward. The inner edge plane of the tester pedal longitudinal plate is 0, which is negative inward and positive forward. Record in centimeters, with one decimal place. Test twice, and take the best result as the test result of sitting posture flexion.
4. Note: When the body bends forward, when you push the cursor forward with your arms, your legs can't bend (your knees can't bend). You must push the cursor with the fingertips of your hands and two middle fingers. Otherwise, the test result is invalid. After testing twice, take the best score as the final score. If you violate the rules twice, you can make up the exam once.
(5) 100 meters (seconds) score 10.
1. test purpose: to test the displacement speed of students and evaluate the speed quality.
2. Site equipment: 100 m 6-8 runways, stopwatches, starting guns, smoke screens and road number cloth.
3. Test method: The subjects ran to the finish line standing or squatting. After seeing the start signal, the timekeeper opens the watch, stops the watch at the moment when the subject's trunk reaches the vertical plane of the finish line, and records the results in units of110 second.
4. Note: Those who violate the departure rules twice will be disqualified and the score will be zero. Running shoes and jumping shoes are not allowed when running. Don't cross the road in a hurry.
(6) Standing long jump (cm) score 10.
1. test objective: to test the development level of lower limb muscle explosive force and body coordination ability of students.
2. Site equipment: flat ground or bunker, platform pad and measuring ruler.
3. Test method: Candidates take off outside the jumper and cannot run up. Each candidate has three chances. Measure the vertical distance from the jumper to the rear edge of the nearest landing point and record the best results. Those who violate the rules three times may jump again.
4. Precautions: The jumping point and the bunker ground should be on the same horizontal plane. Take off with your feet in the same place at the same time. Don't trample or move continuously.
(7) 1 minute jump rope (times) score 10.
1. test purpose: to test the students' coordination, sensitivity and the development level of lower limb muscle explosive force.
2. Site equipment: a flat and clean site (unlimited in geology), a counter, a stopwatch, a starting whistle, and several skipping ropes of different lengths.
3. Test method: A. You must jump with both feet (jumping with one foot is not allowed). Fold the rope in half, hold both ends of the rope handle with both hands, step the rope in the middle with two feet or one foot, bend the elbow sideways and swing the rope. The rope moves once to the starting point 1 time (once from the sole of the foot to the ground). When skipping rope, shake the rope straight, and the landing point of the rope should be in front of your feet 10 cm. B. When skipping rope, the action method of the feet should be both feet, with the front sole or the whole foot crossing until the whole foot touches the ground, and the knees are slightly bent and buffered when touching the ground. The score is 1 min.
4. Precautions: Skipping rope and mixing feet during the exam should continue except this time.
(eight) pull-ups (male) (times), sit-ups (female) (times/minute) score 10.
1. test objective: to test the development level of students' upper limb muscle strength and waist and abdomen muscle strength.
2. Venue equipment: high horizontal bar or high horizontal bar, gymnastics mat, stopwatch.
3. Test method: Candidates (boys) straighten their hands and hold the bar vertically. After the body is stable, both arms start to pull up hard at the same time, and pull up to the jaw. Then the arm was suspended, and the times of continuous pull-ups passing through the mandible were recorded. ; Candidates (girls) lie on the gymnastics mat, with their hands and fingers crossed behind their heads, and their legs bent at about 90 degrees. When abdomen is closed, their elbows touch their knees, and their shoulder blades touch the mat 1 time.
4. Precautions: Do not swing, bend your knees or kick when pulling up, and illegal actions will not count; Candidates who violate sit-ups should point out in time that this number does not count; After stopping the watch, although the subject has sat up, but failed to touch the ipsilateral knee, it is not counted.
(9) Throw a solid ball (weighing 2000g) and score 10.
1. test purpose: to test the explosive force of students' upper limbs, and to evaluate the strength quality of students' upper limbs and the coordinated exertion ability of upper and lower limbs.
2. On-site equipment: the ground is flat, 3m wide and 10m long, and lines are drawn (according to the grading standard).
3. Test method: Before throwing, the examinee's body faces the throwing direction. Lift the ball above your head with both hands, and then lean back. During throwing, he can't throw sideways with one hand. Throwing outside the throwing line, you can throw in the previous step or in situ, each person has 3 chances, and the farthest score is the final score. Those who violate the rules for three times can vote more 1 time.
4. Note: No run-up, you can take a step forward after the solid ball is shot, but you can't step on the line.
(10) Basketball (dribbling and layup/min) score 10.
1. test purpose: to test the development level of students' comprehensive sports ability such as physical coordination and sensitivity and their basic basketball skills.
2. Venue equipment: half a standard basketball court, basketball stand, basketball and stopwatch.
3. Test method: Candidates dribble from outside the three-point line to the basket for layup. After throwing into the basket, they dribbled back to the three-point line and then dribbled for a layup. Repeatedly, the score is recorded by the number of times they enter the basket within 65,438+0 minutes. If the dribble is illegal, the shooting score does not count.
4. Precautions: Strictly implement the route between the starting points, that is, the requirements outside the 3-point line.
(11) Volleyball (cushion) (time /30 seconds) score 10.
1. test purpose: to test the development level of students' comprehensive sports ability such as physical coordination and sensitivity and the basic technical level of volleyball.
2. Venue equipment: 3 square meters flat ground, adult volleyball, height marking line.
3. Test method: After hearing the "start" signal, the examinee throws the ball in situ, and the ball is continuously padded with both hands, with the padding height not less than 60 cm, and the number of padding times is counted within 30 seconds. If the cushion ball appears less than 60 cm, it will not be scored. The test is over when the ball hits the ground.
4. Note: During the test, if any of the following phenomena occur, it will only be counted as adjustment: touching the ball in other ways such as passing the ball, touching the ball outside the test area, insufficient padding, etc.
(12) Football (back and forth snake winding with the ball) (second place) score 10.
1. test purpose: to test the development level of students' comprehensive sports ability such as physical coordination and sensitivity and their basic football skills.
2. Field equipment: football, stopwatch and flat ground. Draw a 5cm white line (the same line) from the finish line, the height of the marker post 1.6m, the distance from the starting line (white line) to the first marker post is 3m, and the distance between the posts is 3m (* * * five marker posts).
3. Test method: After hearing the examiner's whistle, the tester takes the ball from outside the finish line (white line), touches the watch in front of the finish line (white line) with his trunk, continues to take the ball around the pole (serpentine movement), returns after bypassing the fifth pole, returns to the finish line (white line) with the same action of taking the ball around the pole (serpentine movement), and touches the finish line with his trunk. The time is accurate to110 second. The final result is the time for the ball to reach the end point (white line) after it moves around the rod (snake line).
4. Note: The round-trip dribble must bypass every pole. If the poles are not bypassed, the penalty time will be increased (3 seconds for each missing pole and n×3 seconds for missing n poles).

Sixth, the scoring method
The score of 50 points in the physical education examination (boys 1000m, girls' 800m running 20 points, and the other three items 10 points) is included in the total score of the entrance examination.
Seven, the examination requirements
(1) The daily examination time is divided into two units: morning and afternoon. The examination of the four events must be completed in two units, and the boys' 1000 meter run and the girls' 800 meter run are arranged in the last event.

(three) the province's junior high school graduates should be tested after the first physical examination, and students who fail the physical examination or fail the physical examination shall not participate in the physical examination. For the candidates who can't take the physical examination due to injury, illness and disability, all test sites in the province shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures and Regulations on the Treatment of Injured, Sick and Disabled Candidates in the Physical Examination for Senior High School Entrance Examination in Yunnan Province (Annex 3).
(4) In order to ensure the safe and smooth progress of the physical education examination in the senior high school entrance examination, the test centers and schools in various cities and states must educate all the candidates who take the examination on organizational discipline, traffic rules and common sense of physical health and safety before the examination, and go deep into the students' families. Clarify the responsibilities of school leaders and class teachers, fully understand students' physical condition, find students who can't take the physical examination, strictly implement the rules of exemption from examination and slow examination, and ensure the safety of candidates for the physical examination of senior high school entrance examination. Each school should list the candidates who are exempt from the exam and submit them to the test center office before the exam.

(6) During the physical education examination, the Provincial Department of Education will send someone to check the examination room. Every city should also send inspectors to check the test sites.
Eight, test center settings
The examination rooms in each city are determined by the local authorities. In principle, a formal track and field with a circumference of 200 meters or 400 meters should be selected for the examination. Combined with local conditions, it can be carried out in a centralized way or several test sites can be set up.

Cities can scientifically and reasonably arrange the test sequence of test items according to local conditions, but boys 1000 meters or girls' 800 meters must be placed last.

Female: 160cm-90 = 70, weighing over 70kg (excluding 70).
(2) emaciation: my height (cm) minus 120, and my weight is less than the difference. For example:
Male: 170cm- 120 = 50, weighing less than 50kg (excluding 50).
Female: 160cm- 120 = 40, weighing less than 40kg (excluding 40).
(3) Short stature: the average height of boys and girls in our province is 168cm, and the average height of girls is 158cm, each reduced by 20, and the height is equal to or less than the difference.
II. Exemption from relevant provisions of all projects
Candidates who are exempt from all items must hold a medical certificate from a hospital at or above the county level, and they must apply to the school in person. The school should go through the application procedures at the county admissions department.
