The global QR code migration plan was initiated by GS 1 (International Article Coding Organization), which promoted the transformation of global commodity codes from one-dimensional bar codes to two-dimensional codes before 2027, led all fields to fully realize the reading and analysis functions of commodity QR codes, realized the interconnection of data and information among industries, and provided consumers and enterprises with better and more comprehensive services.
