The basic skills of fire stick exercise are swinging, winding and throwing. There are fixed grip, tiger's mouth grip, three-finger grip and one-handed double stick grip.
Fire rod operating ring
Includes large, medium and small winding rings.
(1) Make a big circle around the body side: stand with your feet naturally, fix the small head of the stick with your hands, and lift it down at the body side. When moving, take the shoulder as the axis and lift the arms from back to front. The style is big and backward, and the movements are the same as before. Different directions. Left (right) big circle in front of the body: take the shoulder as the axis, lift your arms down, and go left through the big circle in front of the upper body to the right. Draw a big circle to the right, in the opposite direction.
(2) Center circle: Take the elbow joint as the axis, lift your arms vertically around the center circle from right to left to right in front of your body, and then lift them vertically around the center circle from left to right to left.
(3) Small horizontal winding ring (small horizontal winding ring under the upper arm): stand at attention, hold the stick in both hands and raise it horizontally in front of the small head. When moving, take the wrist as the axis, so that the small head of the stick is horizontally wound around the vertical axis from left to right in the tiger's mouth and horizontally lifted forward, and then the wrist exerts force to make the stick rotate inward under the arm, horizontally wound forward and horizontally lifted (the direction of horizontally winding the arm is opposite). Small vertical winding (inside and outside the arm): When moving, the forefinger holds the stick, and the wrist drives the stick to make a small vertical winding forward from the inside of the arm, and then make a small vertical winding backward from the outside of the arm.
Fire stick exercise
Operation of throwing and connecting fire sticks
(1) Forward single throw and single pick: swing forward, hold the stick with your forefinger, press the stick with your thumb and wrist to make the stick throw forward and upward, turn the warp back once, and lift the stick with both hands.
(2) Throw two hands with one hand: stand with your right foot, point your left foot to the front of the ground, lift your left arm obliquely forward, hold a pair of sticks in your right hand, lift it from the right rear, and twist your upper body to the right. When moving, the center of gravity moves forward until the feet stand firm, and at the same time, the right hand swings forward with the double stick, and the double stick moves forward with the strength of the wrist. Throw it from above, turn the stick backwards in the air, then connect the stick with the two arms in front, with your right foot retreating, your left foot pointing forward, your arms raised sideways through the bottom, your head held high and your chest held out, and you looked forward.
Fire stick strike
Including two sticks hitting each other and hitting the ground rhythmically. The two sticks hit each other, including front, back, middle and side lifts. When hitting the stick, the straight arm instrument can only be an extension of the arm.
